For day-to-day questions about your child’s classroom, meals, or schedule, your lead teacher and room team are usually the fastest path—use the family portal or the message option your center provides. Use the channels below for enrollment, technical issues, or concerns that need administration.

- Tuition & payments — invoices, autopay, receipts, subsidies (CCAP / agency), FSAs
- Family portal & app — login, notifications, photos, messages to teachers
- Medical & allergies — updates to forms, EpiPen storage, diet changes (always tell the front desk in writing for allergies)
- Pickup & authorized adults — changes to your pickup list or custody documents on file
